Recent actions on Land Use Application

Due to the nature of land use applications, the applicant deserves to hear everything said by Board members. This article in the Hometown Weekly / Daily Camera does a great job to highlight the concerns from the residents as well as thoughts by the Board. My quote in the article reflects my request that this application head back to the Planning Commission:

"the applicant had put a tremendous amount of work into the project and they could use the opportunity to go back to the planning commission to discuss the changes following the unanimous no vote"
